If you are new to SkillMarket and have never created a consultant profile before, follow these steps to create your account.

Create Your SkillMarket Account

1. Go to the SkillMarket website.
2. In the New Users section, select Create Account.
3. Choose how you want to sign in:
   • Email and password
   • Google
   • Apple
   • LinkedIn
4. Follow the instructions on the Microsoft Secure Sign-In page.
5. If you choose Email and password, enter the 8-digit verification code Microsoft sends to your email.
6. Complete your consultant profile by providing the requested information.
7. After your profile has been created, sign in using the Secure Sign-In method you selected.

Optional CLEAR Verification

After creating your SkillMarket account, you may see an option to complete CLEAR Verification.

CLEAR Verification is optional and free to consultants. Some client engagements may prefer or require consultants to be CLEAR Verified.

Note: SkillMarket CLEAR Verification is not a CLEAR+ airport membership for travel and airport security screening.

Sign in or create a Go-Live Support account using the Login or Sign up options in the upper-right corner of this page. After signing in, select Submit a ticket and describe the issue you are experiencing.

• The browser and device you were using
• A screenshot of any error message
