If you selected Email and Password as your Secure Sign-In method and have forgotten your password, Microsoft will manage the password reset process.

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the SkillMarket sign-in page.
  2. Select Secure Sign-In.
  3. Enter the email address you use for Secure Sign-In.
  4. Select Forgot Password?
  5. Follow the instructions from Microsoft to verify your identity and create a new password.

Once your password has been reset, return to SkillMarket and sign in using your new password.

I Sign In with Google, Apple, or LinkedIn

If you use Google, Apple, or LinkedIn to sign in, your password is managed by that provider.

If you need to reset your password, use the password recovery process provided by Google, Apple, or LinkedIn.

I'm Still Unable to Sign In

If you cannot reset your password or continue having problems signing in, submit a support ticket for assistance.
